ezbunt

ezbunt is a small open source Go module for BuntDB, the embeddable in-memory key/value database. I wrote it while building a standalone LDAP/AD sync application at Teem, which needed to create data files and store simple and JSON-encoded values; the same helpers kept coming up, so I published them as a module. It's MIT licensed, and the author of BuntDB has starred it.

Opens or creates a BuntDB data file with one call, `New(path)`
Typed writes and reads for strings, ints, bools, times, and JSON-encoded structs
A TTL variant of every write, with the expiry given in seconds
Default-value getters, and prefix queries with `GetPairs` that return matching keys as a map
MIT licensed Go module: install with `go get`, documented on godoc

A single-file Go package around a `buntdb.DB`. Each helper runs one transaction and converts to and from the type you asked for - `strconv` for ints and bools, JSON marshalling for structs and other complex values - so callers work with plain Go values and never handle transactions directly. The database handle stays private, which keeps the API small at the cost of not exposing BuntDB's indexes.
